Q6. If I have paid you for 12 months how do I know that your not going to run off with money?

A. A Fair question. These days you just don't know who is supplying you with a service, however BriteBins Ltd are a professional company offering a reliable wheelie bin cleaning service to commercial & domestic customers alike. We are registered with all the necessary authorities in order to legally carry out bin cleaning services. Many others operating in our areas are not! We have recently been added to Bedfordshire’s Trading Standards Approved Scheme. More details can be found by following the link below. Q7. If I have paid you for 12 months and I am moving house what happens?

A. Just contact us and if you are moving within an area we cover, we will move with you. If you are moving out of our serviced area, we will send you a cheque for the difference between what have used and what you haven’t.

Q8. What do you use to clean my bin?

A. Water and a Bio-degradable detergent. All the water is recycled on the vehicle. We then de-odorize & disinfect your bin using a water based disinfectant.

A. We accept most. All Major Credit & Debit cards, cheques, postal orders, bankers draft and cash. Standing Order is available subject to an annual plan being taken. In addition a nominal administration fee of £3 is charged on all annual standing order plans.

A. Due to customer demand we have introduced the advanced payment schemes and with our ever increasing customer base it has proved more difficult for us to collect payment after each clean. Later this year we are planning to introduce Monthly Direct Debit as an alternative method of payment.

A. You do not pay when you place your order. When we come and clean your wheelie bin for the first time, we put an invoice through your letter box for the full amount. We ask that you pay this within 30 days. Alternatively we now offer Standing Order to  customers who prefer this method. There is a nominal £3 charge to cover administration. The Standing Order option is only available to customers who take an annual plan.

Wheelie Bin Cleaning Services- FAQ

A. For Domestic Customers we operate on a 4 weekly coming on the day your wheelie bin is emptied. For Commercial Customers we operate on a frequency agreed with yourselves.

A. When we have completed the cleaning of your wheelie bin it will smell lemon fresh, but in addition to this we mark the label that we originally placed on your bin. An example of the label is shown below:-

A. For commercial waste containers we do. For standard domestic bins we do not. We ask for a minimum 6 month commitment for domestic bins.
